My Skin Got Darker Despite Expensive Treatments From Dermatologist...

For more than 10 years I have been researching, testing and helping others solve their skin discoloration issues with great success.

My own journey started when one day I experienced extreme hyper pigmentation.  My skin started to get darker and darker and I had no clue why.  So I went to a dermatologist who prescribed a high dosage of hydroquinone, a very common skin lightening agent.

It worked for a week, and then my skin started to get darker.  Being from a multi racial background my skin was a bit lighter when I was young but it always got dark easily once I hit the sun.  However one day it suddenly got darker and kept getting darker whether I was in the sun or not. 

It got so noticeably darker that people came up to me to ask what was going on.  In any case the prescription that doctor gave me caused my skin to get worst.  Sadly that issue did not just last for a few weeks or a month.  Instead it lasted for a few years. 

A revisit to that dermatologist did not help, I was given another alternative cream but the results got even worst.  I tried another dermatologist but again more creams and more expensive solutions and my skin was getting worst not better. 

I realized the expensive dermatologist could not help me which frightened me at first but it started me off on a journey to solve my skin issue.  Along the way I met a friend in collage who had the same issue.

Her sister had the issue too and her mother as well.  They were all quite frustrated but did not know what to do.  They weren’t the only ones. They were just the first of a line of people who struggled with hyper pigmentation who did not have a solution for it.
